1. Service Description

BeSafe is a personal finance management application available as a web app and desktop application. All financial data is stored locally on your device.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. After the trial period, the app switches to read-only mode until a subscription is activated.

3. Subscriptions

Personal Plan — €3.50/month or €29.99/year
Business Plan — €7.99/month or €67.99/year

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

4. License Key

Each subscription includes a unique license key (BSAFE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) valid for up to 2 devices. The key is verified once per month.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data created within BeSafe. We do not access, collect, or store your financial data. Your data exists only on your device(s).

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

The app switches to read-only mode
Your data is never deleted
You can export your data at any time
You can reactivate by subscribing again

7. Limitation of Liability

BeSafe is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, as all data is stored locally. We recommend regular exports as backups.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Users will be notified by email of significant changes.
